      Press’d Coffee Post Workout Smoothie

      1 tsp of Vanilla Press’d coffee

      1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice

      1/2 cup of oats,

      1 banana

      1 tbps of chia seeds.

      Blend it all and it’s delicious.

      Cinnamon Bun Smoothie
